Iulian Dobrea is the most unprofessional and rude consultant I have ever came across. He is truly a liability to the company, of which I will never use again.

Been chasing up my certificates for 2 years and have had zero help, with most of my emails/calls being ignored. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

This company doesn't care about their clients, only about getting as many thru the door as possible. Chris gives you all the answers to the test so there's no point taking it and if you fail the final test they won't put u thru the training again. Don't miss an appointment or they will forget you

The health and safety tutor was great (Lorraine) it's hard to find unless you've been before. Getting a taxi from there afterwards is horrendous especially in afternoon the staff were very helpful in helping find taxi companies for everyone 👍.

I had a great time at Phoenix Training. My tutor Linton Stones was very professional and got on with the course. Also very easy to engage with and also had a laugh. I would recommend it to anyone who is wishing to do there SIA course or Forklift Truck Training.
