Done a couple of lessons with pheonix last year and thought that he was okay although he was late for the majority of lessons I done. I phoned and booked a lesson with Phoenix a couple of weeks ago and he didnt show, could have had the decency to phone and let me know or atleast answer your phone when I tried to contact you. I am now learning with a new instructor who actually has structured lesson plans and couldnt be happier, just wish I hadnt spent money on lessons with Phoenix.
