Description

Join Dr Helen , aka The Art Doctor for this special workshop. Create a beautiful piece of art by preserving the beauty of your botanicals in a plaster casting.

This workshop is suitable for all abilities and will enable you to create a beautiful keepsake, perfect for a Mother’s Day out. A wonderful way to create a lovely memory, with perhaps sentimental flowers , from a wedding bouquet or a relatives favourite flower.

By pressing plants/ flowers into clay, plaster then can poured over to create your cast. The second part of the workshop will allow for using watercolour paints to add delicate colour. We will then add a D ring hook to the back of each art piece to enable you to hang them on a wall.

Bring along your packed lunch/ drinks - hot drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day.
