I've been waiting 10 years at least to take this course and I finally managed to get it sorted, it did not disappoint! First class tutor, Geoff really knew his onions! Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process with Phoenix was so smooth and professional from start to finish. The venue (St Andrews) was very good as was the food and refreshments, that's hard to say coming from a Villa fan! If you are thinking of enrolling on this course look no further than Phoenix.

I completed the course in an office environment working day resulting in a fail due to office/working environment, in my opinion i would advise anyone wanting to complete the online ELearning course to do so at home or in a place with no distractions. I will be resitting the course and completing in a more comfortable and uninterrupted environment. I personally thought that 2 fails was a bit of a harsh limit to set out.
