Phoebe Smith Ceramics

I joined Phoebe's pottery course with a little bit of experience, but not much confidence or many skills! I'm on my third course now I think, and love my time spent in the pottery studio, I'm definitely happy with the progress I've made. I'd really recommend Phoebe's classes, she's a brilliant teacher - supporting everyone to create, improve and have fun whatever level you are starting at.

If you're looking for a friendly, nurturing and comfortable environment to learn or develop your skills, Phoebe's classes are perfect! I've really loved the courses I've been on and will start my third soon. The groups are small enough to allow attention when you need it and equal time is dedicated to the wheel and hand building so everyone gets a chance to try everything. The studio space is great too- loads of room and light. Go go go!

I absolutely love Phoebe's pottery classes! She is incredibly talented, as well as a very good, patient teacher. Her classes are really fun, and you get equal time on the wheel as well as hand building that a lot of other classes don't seem to offer. Highly recommend! Monika

Phoebe's classes are the perfect balance of structure and freedom, so I have been able to be creative and produce items that I have wanted to, whilst also learning set skills and been given direction in my learning process. Phoebe is not only a highly accomplished and skilled potter and artist, but a fantastic teacher, too! I've nearly finished my 12-week beginners pottery course and I plan to come back for future lessons when I can.
