THE BEST DRIVING INSTRUCTOR IN ESSEX!! Phil is the nicest person ever, he helped me conquer my fear of driving and pass my test. Even when things were going so well for me, Phil gave me that extra bit of hope and helped me push through. Phil never gave up on me. He is so nice and talkative, I have some amazing memories with him, it’s an experience I’ll never forget. If your in the Essex area and need a driving instructor I would 100%recommend Phil.
