Phil is a TOP TOP personal trainer! I've been training with him for almost seven years now, including through a pregnancy and post partum recovery, and I cannot recommend him enough. I was an athlete in my youth and regardless of that I never felt as healthy in my body as I have since start training with him. I think this is because he understands people's psychology quite well and uses that to keep me motivated. Anyone would be lucky to be trained by him! Thank you Phil!

I have been training with Phil for almost 2 years and I couldn’t recommend training with him enough. The sessions are tough but enjoyable and give you a real sense of achievement and improvement. The sessions are really varied and Phil keeps them interesting.

Phil has trained me for over three years. The sessions are fun, intense at times but always leave me with an amazing feeling. Phil is excellent at tuning in and adjusting sessions according to my energy levels. I could not ask for a better personal trainer.

I have been training with Phil for around 2 years now and it has been a pleasure. Workouts are fun, progress is visible and he is also very accommodating of my changing schedule. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody looking for a knowledge and fun trainer.
