Nice chap! Passed 1st time, although it was nearly 19 years ago I passed my test with phil, it sould speak for its self about the experience & defotion he has!
Excellent driving instructor! Phil was very patient with me, i'm not the most confident of drivers but Phil ensured that i took my time and worked at my own pace. Great tutor and i can happily say i passed 1st time!!
