Ed is professional PT, a reliable person. I would highly recommend him. The sessions I had was enjoyable and helped me with my energy levels after 12 hours shift and my motivation to keep active.

I have been training with Ed for over a year, he has a good understanding of what I wanted to achieve. Ed is encouraging and enthusiastic and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. Due to my working schedule being so up and down with long hours, Ed always found the Time to fit me in around my schedule. I would 100% recommend Ed for training.

Ed is a knowledgeable and experienced PT. He immediately puts you at ease in the sessions and makes you feel comfortable. Not being a social person I was looking for a PT who would be able to work with my health issues as well as my age and lack of motivation. Ed was happy to take me on and work with me. Initially I booked the 6 week course, during which my fitness levels dramatically improved and I lost weight. Ed is a cool guy, friendly and motivating.
