I have trained with Phil for a good few years now, and I can honestly say I've never felt fitter or better. Phil has been great improving my lifting technique and building me a plan. He has given me the tool to work out on my own between our session and keep the consistency which is important. Our session are alway well rounded and he is great at advising me nutritionally and also giving me realistic expectations on how to stick to plan and achieve goals. Started my weightlifting journey with phil 4.5 years ago, I’m still lifting now. Phil is an amazing personal fitness trainer & human being. Very professional, knowledgeable and so easy to get on with, made me feel very comfortable straight away. I wouldn’t be where I am today, health/fitness wise without his guidance. Phil is a great PT and a friendly beast. He has made me feel so welcome in a short space of time. Every session is different and Phil knows how to get me motivated with the tunes. Phil’s wise words help to push me and create a positive atmosphere around where I not only feel more confident in myself but more confident to go to the gym independently.
