Lots of activities to do skatepark, playground, open-air gym, golf and cafe in the better weather plus walking, plenty of benches for a rest plus pinic benches by the cafe and small inclosed dog area

You can park for free. You can walk from the park to the town which is 1.1 miles. There is a café onsite that provides drinks and food for a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are toilets near the café that are free. There is a 18 hole Approach Golf and tennis courts in the park. These can be booked in the cafe. There is also a playground and skate park. In the cafe you can pick up a leaflet on the trees in the park. The leaflet shows you where the trees can be found,...

I believe that Phear Park is and always will be an outstanding green space to visit. It has an abundance of oak trees, which I have seen home both to green and lesser/greater? spotted woodpeckers. Lovely big park not far from Exmouth town centre and close to the cycle path which goes to Budleigh Salterton. There are many old trees, predominantly oaks I think, which are very impressive. There's a children's play area, a skate park, tennis courts, cafe, toilets and pitch and putt course as well as lovely walkways around the park and a big, free car park.
