If you're thinking about getting fit and building more strength then you need to join Pfit. It's the best gym experience I've ever known. Phil and his team are so friendly, amazing instructors and are always by your side for help if needed. I'am 51 years old and travel 30 minutes to get here so I think that says all you need to know about this gym. Join up and experience the difference.

As a 58 year old women ,although I did some exercise like walking and cycling I had not really gotten into strength training. I decided that I wanted to increase my fitness level, tone up and loose some weight. I have been attending PFit now for nearly 5 months and the support and dedication shown by Phil (Michael and Katie) is amazing. The atmosphere there is always fantastic. It’s more than a gym it’s a great community where everybody supports everybody else. You’re instantly made to feel welcome from the minute you walk through the doors. Best decision I made!

Been to different gyms over the years but working in a small group with Phil is much better and keeps me on track. He assesses everyones individual needs and is very focused on making sure we are doing the exercises correctly. Phil is an excellent trainer and I would definitely recommend him.

12 months ago I made the choice to start training with Phil. At first the sessions were a real shock to the system, however I committed to being consistent both in attendance and being strict with nutrition and with support Phil has moved my overall fitness to new levels.
