I've been coming here for a few years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else all the staff are lovely always do my hair the way i ask just one thing is it's called Peter Payne now

Absolutely lovely place, the team are brilliant, they spend time talking to you and asking what you want. I would highly recommend going to have your hair done as so long as you don't mind trainees having a go as they all have to learn somewhere.

staff are rude . looks like they been forced to work there . do not listen to you or make sure your satisfied with haircut. bad experience the two times i have been . you pay to get your haircut. not look at staff sulking and laughing at you from behind horrible service . fix up please

Not happy with my hair I wanted pink highlights in it all over near enough and really bright pink flousered colours. Really unhappy 😒 with it. All can not find complaint number to complaint. Never going bk here again. Will not be telling anyone to go there.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had . Cut took less than 5 minutes and is 2cm longer on one side. The cut is far too short , nothing like what I asked for. All I can do is wait for it to grow . The “ tutor “ was so unprofessional is was untrue. Huge regret .
