Peter made exercise accessible to me after a long period of avoidance! He made the sessions fun, challenging but doable. He’s very knowledgeable with both fitness and nutrition. I would definitely recommend him if you’re thinking of hiring an approachable but motivating personal trainer.

Peter is an excellent trainer, I have been training with him for the past 5 months and the difference in my energy levels and overall fitness has exceeded my expectations.Peter's encouragement has made me want to improve at every session ....and it has really paid off! I still have a way to go but I know with Peter's help there is no stopping me! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Pete is a first class trainer and I have really enjoyed working with him during the past 6 months. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, I train at least once or twice a week and the time seems to fly by as Pete changes the routines regularly which makes the sessions so much more interesting and challenging. He also monitors my diet every day and this helps me so much as I tend to eat healthier food It is satisfying to see my measurements and weight decrease.

Peter is very knowledgeable and provides great guidance on nutrition as well as fitness and exercise. Listens to your goals and works with you to achieve them. Training sessions are varied so definitely doesn't get boring and keeps you motivated! Would definitely recommend him.

Peter has been training me since August 2015 and the improvements in my life have been amazing! Not only have I lost weight and size but I have gained mobility, strength, endurance and confidence! Peter has consistently helped me achieve my short and long term goals by nutritional advice, one 2 one tuition, 247 online support and periodic testing and appraisals of my journey so far. Training is always hard but also amusing as he pushes me to try new excersises with loads of laughter involved!
