I've been working with PT1to1 for nearly 4 months after 4 years away from the gym and it's been nothing short of awesome. After so long away from any proper training my priority was improve at a safe and sutainable pace, Nick has been excellent at guiding and pushing me through that journey. Long may it continue.

I saw Nick over a 3 month period. Nick is a super personable guy and takes interest in his clients both in terms of their fitness progress and also takes a genuine interest in your general ambitions, goals and life style and habits. Professional, reliable and a lot of care for their clients. Nick has assembled a really strong group of trainers that are flexible and able to provide a variety of different styles of training. I took on a 3 month intensive session and saw massive improvements to my fitness, health, activeness and mental health. Could not recommend any more.

Started my fitness journey in August 2021 after years of being very inactive. I have lost around 8 kilograms in 3 month, and build a lot of muscle. I wish I took before and after photos, but sadly I didn’t. My fitness has improved significantly and with the help of Nick, I have incorporated exercise into my daily life.
