I’ve had sessions with Toby for about a year and it’s been completely transformative. Had a serious shoulder issue which he was able to not only work around but strengthen to the point where it’s now practically resolved and have avoided getting a shoulder injection! Toby’s breadth of knowledge with the various iterations of the exercises, equipment and anatomy have helped me immensely. Toby has worked with me now for 2 months. I find him very invested and this has helped me greatly. The pace is relaxed and tuned to my fitness levels with a shared aim. Also there is variations in excercise programming regularly to keep motivation and interest going. I would recommend him to all my colleagues and friends.

I’ve really enjoyed my training / gym sessions with Toby at the Morris Centre. Toby is extremely knowledgeable and managed to get a gym novice like me up to speed quickly. Toby planed some great workouts which I can now do at home to fit in with a busy schedule.

I've trained with Toby for nearly 2 years now and have highly valued his person-centred, flexible and creative ways of working with me. I tend to get bored quickly so keeping me engaged for nearly 2 years is no mean feat! I really enjoy training with Toby. He has a friendly, focused and consistent approach. The training plans he's developed for me have been highly personalised taking into account my strength and fitness goals, previous injuries and current capabilities.
