  • Amanda is an incredible PT, she makes every session so easy and fun to do. Even with a fitness or weight goal, there was no pressure and I got the results I wanted. She is very balanced and realistic with her approach to fitness and nutrition. I’ve had lots of PTs throughout my life and whilst many a brilliant, Amanda remains the top of the list!

  • Amanda is a first class personal trainer. I first started using her a few years ago after having a long standing knee issue. Initially she was very empathising with myself and created a programme which has really improved the severity of the condition for me. I still have fortnightly remote sessions which Amanda makes fun and is always enthusiastic and supportive.

  • I started training with Amanda as I was recovering from an injury. I'd never done any strength training and didn't know where to start. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve, my hopes, my fears, and we set realistic goals together. All of the workouts are enjoyable, no matter how tough I sometimes find them!
