There is nothing negative to say about jay. i always found it hard to find the motivation to want to workout and get back into the gym. I have been training with Jay for 3 months (1 hour, 3x per week) and have been able to find the joy in training again. He is super knowledgeable (always explains the "why" behind a movement), constantly pushing me to the right limits, and checking-in to see how I feel about the workout. Jay is the first personal trainer that I have worked with, and I only wish that I had done so earlier. In the past, I always considered working out to be a chore, but Jay's style of intense training is both challenging and engaging with all his gadgets. I started working with Jay summer this year and have trained with him for 2 months to improve my athletic abilities. His attention to detail and knowledge is second to none, especially when it comes to prevention of injury and technique. Would recommend him to anyone who wants to get fitter and leaner, plus an overall good guy too.

Hands down the BEST workouts I've done in my life. Routinely working out with Jay, who is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, has completely changed my body. My clothes fit better and I have MUCH more confidence. I'm in my 40's and now have a better body than I did in my 20's. In my opinion he is truly one of: "the best of the best". If you want results, go to Jay.

Jay’s sessions are always pre-planned and he is able to refer to historic sessions to monitor objective progression and improvement which is useful and motivational for clients to know too. His training is backed by science which I loved and his sessions are very unique using equipment that other PTs don’t use but really got my heart rate up.
