I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a personal trainer. I was looking to lose a few pounds and improve my strength after a Christmas of excess. Frankly, I was a butter ball. Would highly recommend Ryan for personal training sessions! I started training with him to keep my fitness up over lockdown, and he really kept me motivated. He helped me work on my form, taught me new lifts which I now incorporate into my workouts and made sure every session was fun. If you are looking for a personal trainer in the Canterbury area I 100% recommend going with Ryan! My friend who also trains with Ryan recommended him to me, so I knew he was going to be a great motivator and an effective teacher before I booked in.
