I have been working with Garth now for 4 months and I am delighted with the results. In this time, I have lost 12 pounds without even trying, no dieting - just having fun. We hired Garth for his 2 week kick start. He was excellent, he evaluated our start levels, then set a program which would test us, but not dishearten us. By the end if the 2 weeks we were fitter, leaner and stronger. We have continued with the exercises, and both feel healthier and more energetic. Would highly recommend Garth for his enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism.

Garth is highly motivated and shares that enthusiasm during his classes. My fitness has improved immensely; it is the only form of exercise I enjoy as I do not go to gyms and hate swimming!! Kick boxing mixed with interval training is a good combination. I would recommend Garth wholeheartedly.

Garth is a fantastic trainer! I still feel new to the sessions (well exercise generally of late!) but he’s great at pushing you where needed and explaining the what’s and whys of the training. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Garth to anyone who wants or needs a trainer at any level and he is always happy to talk through any topic of health well above and beyond the pure training!

Garth is a wonderful personal trainer. His sessions are fun, he got me doing things I would not have thought possible for me to do. I would recommend him to anyone of any fitness level. He is so positive and it just rubs off on you. Worth ever penny.
