Thank you Roman for such an informative and productive PT session. You gave us the confidence and knowledge on how to nail down our RMU technique and strength.The session was incredibly fun and I can’t wait to come back. Attended a brilliant kettlebell training session today led by Roman. A great balance of everything I like - a good, all over strength focused workout that got the heart rate up. Nothing was rushed, in fact we were encouraged to focus on technique and Roman gave clear points for improvement. I’ll be back again

If you have fitness goals you want to achieve then I can highly recommend Roman. What makes him great? Why should you choose him? I can go on about why he is a great trainer but make contact with him and begin your transformation journey with him. Roman is an amazing PT - the whole family work with him. He has rehabilitated injuries and helped us all build strength and stability, increased our fitness and guided us towards goals. Sessions are so much fun - varied and always present a new challenge. We all highly recommend working with him.

Roman is an excellent Personal Trainer with so much knowledge, experience and expertise. He always makes our sessions interesting, fun and varied. I’ve got so much stronger by following his programming and look forward to our sessions each week. I Really can’t say enough positive things about him. He’s such a great guy, with a great mindset too. I always leave my sessions with him feeling great, both physically and mentally!
