I went to see Nigel to help me to lose the weight I put on during the pandemic. I also had a lot of pain in my knee that meant I found working out on my own difficult. Nigel was fantastic, he listened to what my needs were and tailored our work out routines to that. I’d really recommend training with Nigel. Training with Nigel has been great, he's really tailored the training to my individual needs and capabilities.
