Intelligent and adaptive workouts. His routines increased my endurance in running doing both strength and agility training. It also toned up my body and I’m happier with the way I look.

I really enjoy the training with Olivier. It makes me feel great and gives me the structure and routine I need. I feel listened to and supported during my training sessions. He pushes me when I need it but I always feel comfortable and encouraged. So far I have lost 10lbs.

I trained with Olivier for 3 months, he has been an excellent personal trainer, very knowledgeable and adaptable. I’ve got very good results. If you’re thinking about it, I definitely recommend him as personal trainer and aside of being a fantastic trainer he is also a lovely person.

When I was working with Olivier I had numerous wins and made tremendous progress towards my fitness goals. My first weigh in with him was at 172lbs, I wanted to get to 157lbs for a race, and Olivier achieve that goal in a little over 8 weeks. Losing weight while trying to maintain fitness can be very difficult, I can honestly say I couldn't have done it with Oliviers guidance and encouragement!
