  • I can not rate James high enough. I have previously tried everything to lose weight and become stronger in the gym such as going it alone, various diet clubs/schemes and nothing compares to the experience that James has. James' programme isn't just about losing weight or becoming stronger physically, it also about becoming more mentally resilient and becoming confident in who you are.

  • I've been training with James on and off since June 2018. James is truly outstanding, he's very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He doesn't just get you to lift weights, he teaches you how and why; Whilst also making sure you have good form. In terms of food, he's changed my perception of it. James never put me on a "diet" while I've been with him. I can still eat whatever I want (within reason) as long as I maintain a caloric deficit. That's the key to weight loss, not diet shakes....
