  • I couldn’t recommend Ryan highly enough as a trainer. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t focus on training in isolation, he considers a persons lifestyle as a whole when putting together a plan which makes the whole process so much more effective! Not only that but he’s great fun to work out with and provides all the encouragement needed to achieve your goals. If you’re thinking about signing up - do it!

  • Ryan’s classes have been great for improving my confidence in the gym. As a complete beginner to boxercise (and somewhat lacking in coordination) I have really enjoyed them and can already feel the difference.
