I contacted Peter with a goal to lose weight, get fit and tone my body. Since January he has not only focused on my exercises but also on my nutrition. I was given nutrient goals and ideas for meals and drinks. In January my body weight was 87 kg and at the moment (4 months later) I weigh 75 kg. I am 6'1 tall (185 cm). I’ve been training with Peter for a year and a half now. He is motivational, focused and very knowledgable. Training is always varied and uses an array of different methods and exercises to ensure it’s never boring. He helps me focus on good technique and breaking my own personal boundary’s.
