Performance Learning

The Performance Learning program delivered at Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy has been a revolutionary tool for pupil progression and success at KS4. We have been able to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses for each pupil and modify our delivery of lessons to cater for individual needs. With the continuous support of Tej and his team we continue to find different paths to raise attainment at LHEA.

Amazing system, the anonymised online questionnaire profiles students incredibly accurately. The support is targeted and makes a difference. The impact on the students who have undertaken the programme is massive both in terms of their mental health and academic performance. As a school we are committed to the programme.

As a busy parent, I can heartily recommend Performance Learning. My son struggled in one or two areas at school, mostly due to a lack of confidence, which is hard to overcome with traditional home-learning resources. After trying several methods recommended by the school, we found the games, rewards and learning pathway within PL's at-home platform did the trick. He's now more confident in his abilities, which, according to his teachers, has made a noticeable difference in his school work.
