  • I joined a year ago and haven’t looked back since, I can’t ever see me going anywhere else. Welcoming, friendly, encouraging, supportive and something for everybody. We are a family of 5 and all love it, whether it’s working out in the gym or doing the huge variety of classes that are on. Diana and Ian are the nicest of People you could ever meet.

  • I first started going to PB studios just over a year ago and I remember sitting outside in the car park summoning up the courage to actually just go in. Right from the off from my first chat with Ian to talking to Diana I felt at ease . It has a lovely family feel and Diana is an amazingly warm instructor. Classes are fun but challenging and there are always adaptations to suit every level. I 100% recommended Perfect Balance Mind and Body Studios- go on give it a try- you won’t regret it.

  • First saw Perfect balance when leaving St Woolos hospital for physio on shoulder straight over from hospital entrance. Joined beginners Pilates classes for 6 weeks and have been member ever since. Diana Hopkins is a wonderful instructor and keeps small class numbers to ensure she watch and help each person. Diana herself is the most knowledgable, inspiring, passionate , and friendly instructors I have ever had the chance to train with.   • This is the best gym I have ever joined. Compared to all others it is personal, friendly, professional and the owners Diana and Ian are always available to advise and support each and every individual. They run courses so that people can learn about the importance of training, posture and movement as well as how to protect the back whilst working out.
