Very helpful staff. Easy to get here by Google Maps. Took my straight to the door. I do think the bad reviews are from people that failed the test or just don't understand basic English. 4th time I'm coming here for the touch screen testing and had no issues whatsoever

Do not waste your time and money and effort for this company at all! This exam Center are doing a really unfair test session. The test (B1) they do consists of 2 parts, just listening and repeating. Ten people sit side by side in a room, everyone overhears each other talking and is distracted. What is required of you is to repeat the long stories you hear in the headphones. The post code is for the car park exit, drive around the other side park in the shopping centre, and look for Iceland or the perfume shop, the test centre is in-between theses shops.. I would get there 30 mins early because is a nightmare to find parking. And the old lady on reception is very rude is your 5 minutes late she will tell you to re-book your test. I would advise you to avoid this test centre and find a different venue..

I took my professional exam at Uxbridge Pearson Centre. My experience has been fantastic. Few things to consider. Before I took exam, I read reviews I was shocked and worried about my exam as previous reviews said the staff is horrible rude and they don't allow anything stuff like that. Give yourself a clear 20 minutes before the test as finding this place will be a bit tricky. The centre is located within the shopping centre. The staff are completely rude and unhelpful in this place. I would steer away from this establishment as there is plenty of other decent places.
