A good park boot camp in Caversham Meadows. Chris and his bootcampers are super friendly and welcoming. All the standard activities - warm up, running drills, circuits with a mix of body weight activities. Really nice vibe, and a decent price. Not for those who want a tough session or who really want to push themselves. When I suggested the rest time could be a little shorter to make it more challenging, Chris suggested I'd be better with 'military fitness'. So, great for some, not for others.

I'd never done any kind of exercise like this before and I've now been a member of Peak XV Fitness for the last two years. By attending 2 or 3 boot camps per week I have improved my overall health, fitness and have also improved my hobby of skiing. I've also lost a stone and a half. There is a great bunch of people that attend at all different ages and fitness levels. I would 100% recommend this bootcamp. Thank you for everything you do, Chris.

I have been training with PeakXVfitness for over 7 years, doing both personal training and using the outdoor bootcamps. They are always entertaining and challenging workouts that keep me on track with my fitness goals and in shape.

I was nervous about joining a boot camp but everyone made me feel welcome immediately and Chris gently encourages and motivates us at the same time as getting great results. Feel so much stronger and fitter. Have made some lovely friends too.

This is a great Bootcamp. Chris delivers a structured program which builds fitness in a safe way. It's a mixture of strength and HIIT work and is surprisingly great fun. The sessions are very lively and friendly.
