  • I have being going to Rick at Peak Fitness since 2017. From the moment I stepped into his studio, I knew we were going to get on. He has such a good way about him that would put even the most shyest of people at ease. If you are reading these reviews and looking for a personal trainer- trust me Rick is your man. He is such a regular part of my weekly routine and most importantly keeps me fit!
