Max is a brilliant coach, he has really helped me push myself during training sessions! I can now lift heavier than I ever have before. PAP online coaching programs motivate me to get in the gym and are super easy to follow. Whenever I’m having an off day or feeling a bit rubbish about how my body is looking Max is great at flipping my mindset around and setting plans on how we are going to work to get me feeling good again! Would 100% recommend 💪🏻

He is unbelievably supportive and driven in making you the best you can possibly be. He is very understanding if you can't make a session but won't let you take the piss. And once you're in the Gym although he trains you extremely hard, you enjoy it and are guarenteed to feel 10x better for it. I've had many experiences with Personal Trainers in the past but I can confidently say with out a doubt in my mind that Max is by far the best PT experience I've ever had!

This month has genuinely been a real eye-opener for me and given me a much better idea of my ability and potential. Max has been absolutely amazing in tailoring my fitness plan to suit my goals and listening to any changes I felt I needed to make for me along the way, whilst maintaining a sincere level of honesty and bringing me back down to earth if ever I wasn’t feeling at my best. I’ve only recently started training with Peak Athletic Performance but am already enjoying the process so much. It’s not been easy as I’ve had dips in my motivation but with the accountability that comes from logging my training, Max has been able to spot these dips quickly, we’ve talked it through and he has helped me get myself back on track.
