I have been training with Paul for the past 20 months. My physical fitness dipped during lockdown as I was no longer attending group exercises st my local gym. This is the first gym that I felt home at. It has a family vibe to it. I've trained here for about two years. When I started I could not throw a roundhouse kick, or have the confidence to spar 1-1 with anyone. Now I have one Amateur K1 fight under me and more fights to come.
