  • I've been working with Paul for just over 5 weeks now. I am about 30kg over my ideal weight and have been abusing food for years Paul has made training fun and challenging for me whilst respecting that I'm not an athlete and I have a long journey ahead. He keeps me in checks and pushes me to my limits in workout sessions. He's changed my eating habits and has helped me to brea the cycle of eating when I'm stressed and depressed and instead will meal prep or do some extra cardio. Thanks again ...

  • Paul is a fantastic personal trainer! He will push you to meet your targets. Encourages you when you doing good and makes you aware of things you could do better. After I had 1 session with Paul, the same day I signed up to a gym. Keeps the motivation high. Especially with the variety of the workouts. See and feel huge improvements.
