Been working with Pete for a few weeks and already seeing and feeling the difference. Doing both online and 1-2-1s in both he gives 110% and cares about ensure my goals are reached every session every week. Would 100% recommend to both beginners and experienced levels of fitness.

A month into my plan and really feeling better physical and mentally. Plans are precise and support available the whole time, looking forward to keep pushing on over the next 2 months and making even more of a difference. Pete is also a top top man as well which massively helps and gives you that extra motivation when you need it!!

I have been on a nutrition plan and doing PT 1-1s with Pete for over a month now and I can already see big changes . Pete is very motivational and very professional. He can tailor a plan to suit you perfectly to fit around work etc. I couldn’t recommend him enough whatever your goals are!
