As a newbie who was scared of even stepping inside a gym, the idea of training in public made me extremely nervous. As a personal trainer, Dev's positive attitude put me at ease straightaway and not only has he helped me achieve my physical goals, he also challenged me mentally when it comes to improving my health for the better.
I have been working with Dev for over a year now and I actually look forward to my weekly sessions, despite never being a big fan of exercise previously! He tailors the classes to my needs and every session is different. He is very helpful, encouraging and motivating. After only a few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I was getting stronger and toned.
