Paws Up Newcastle

Being at Nicole's was home away from home for our Alfie. He us actually a very shy lil man, but he was so comfortable n loved being with Nicole. We were able to enjoy our holidays knowing that Alfie was in safe hands.

If I could give10 stars I would. What Nic has done in 11 days is nothing more than a miracle. My friend and I boarded our 2 Westies whilst away on a vacation. She kept us updated throughout as I was particularly worried about my Westie as he is very nervous/aggressive ever since he was attacked by a staffie earlier this year. To a point that he was scared of his own shadow. Our updates showed really positive changes in Milo from being in a close environment with the other dogs and to my shock...

Really stepped up to go above and beyond to help us when other plans fell through! Very kind and patient, sent us photos and made sure our dog was happy and healthy while we were away. Very thankful for being recommended Nic and would be happy to recommend her care to others!

I’ve used Paws Up boarding services many times now and will continue to do so whenever I’m travelling. My pup is extremely energetic and can be a bit of a handful - in the nicest possible way! - but I’m always comfortable leaving him with Nic as I know that he will be well looked after, exercised, watched over… and that he’ll have a great time while I’m away on holiday. Receiving regular photo and text updates puts my mind at ease and means I can relax knowing that he’s in safe hands.

What an amazing person Nicole is! She has been our behaviourist for a few months now for our two puppies. She has answered a million questions, has given great advice and has helped our girls so much. I don't know how we would have managed without all of her help and expertise. If you're in need of a behaviourist for your dog look no further! She has helped our nervous dog tremendously and helped us put good behaviours in place. I can't recommend her or her business enough!
