Paul is great. I was nervous to restart vigorous exercise but he immediately helped me regain my confidence and now I enjoy working out again. He tailors the sessions to suit what I enjoy as well as working the full body and I always achieve more than I think I can. Paul is a really nice guy who puts you at ease and this isn’t a drill sergeant workout!

Paul is a fantastic personal trainer who’s helped me get back to running. Paul’s trail runs are often through beautiful ashridge and surrounds, the perfect setting for outdoor exercise. The sessions are varied and always fun. I’d recommend Paul to anyone looking to improve their fitness!

I started Paul's trail running sessions a couple of years ago and as a "non-runner" was initially worried about being able to keep up with the group. Paul is so encouraging and positive though that I needn't have worried as he has a great way of getting the best out of everyone, regardless of their ability. We are lucky to have such amazing countryside on our doorstep and these trail running sessions have been a great way to get out and explore parts of it that I wouldn't normally see. Hi...

I have been training with Paul for a few years now, focusing on general fitness and boxing. I highly recommend his classes to anyone, however fit, he adapts exercises for different levels and makes working out fun! I have made some lovely friends from these sessions, classes are very welcoming! During this difficult time of lockdown he has adapted his classes which are now online - a real life line during crazy times!

I have been training with Paul for 6 months and have had a brilliant experience! He does a great job at mixing up the workouts to keep it fresh each week. The workouts are always challenging but his energy and positivity keeps you going. I have really noticed a difference in my fitness and muscle tone as a result - would definitely recommend!
