After having my 3rd child I really wanted to not only lose weight but get fitter n stronger. I was worried about joining a bootcamp course intially thinking I wouldn't be able to do the exercises or keep up with everyone else. However Paul was absolutely superb made me feel at ease in the class n not out of my depth. The sessions are varied and suited for all levels of fitness. I have had many PT sessions and taken part in Bootcamps with Paul and have never been disappointed. Paul is a very knowledgeable Trainer and knows how to get the best results whether it be fat loss, gaining muscle or Strength. Great Guy too! Would definitely recommend.

Paul is very professional and has a great knowledge of how to tailor training best for you and to get the best results. His boot camps are brilliant, he is very motivational and pushes you but without you feeling like you are being told off or joined the Army! Keep up the good work Paul

I've trained with Paul many times, he has an excellent knowledge bases around training and nutrition to get you the best results from your time spent in his gym. And his training sessions are hard work but great fun. I'd highly recommend!

I have been to Paul on and off since 2014 when I got married! From day one Paul was fantastic. He is really encouraging and his “banter” definitely keeps you going through your sessions...! His sessions are really varied and never boring and he is a really great support both in and out the gym...giving help with nutrition etc. When I got injured and couldn’t train as much he was really supportive and found new ways to work out to avoid my injured back!
