Pattern Academy By Charnold

Fantastic workshop lead by wonderful tutor. Well explained workshop to draw fitted bodice block for individual measurements. I had high hopes for this class and it did not disappoint. Bodice block needed some adjustments when sewing a garment but its expected. I would recommend this workshop to everyone, including ladies with wide hips/belly as tutor can help you make a block that would work for you. I absolutely love how comfortable I feel in the garment and how flattering it looks on me.

I attended the pattern drafting workshop here and had a great time! The workshop was really informative and Eby was a very patient and clear teacher. I'm really happy with the bodice block that she helped me draft in the workshop and can't wait to use it!

I recently attended the pattern Charnold drafting workshop. I really enjoyed the workshop and learnt so much. I was really pleased to go home with a bodice/torso block that I’d drafted to my measurements. Eby is a great teacher, very patient and explains things well. The workshop was informative but relaxed. Would love to do more classes at Charnold. We covered a lot of ground but the class was still relaxed and fun. Eby is a very friendly and patient tutor. I really hope to do more workshops...

I attended both a face to face session and a 4 hour workshop and have to say that Eby is a great teacher! She breaks things down, thinks creatively and explains concepts really nicely. Will definitely attend further lessons and workshops! :)

This is the best sewing academy & pattern making academy in Birmingham! I have learnt so much since joining pattern academy by Charnold. Eby, the sewing instructor, is extremely friendly, gives you guidance depending on what level you are in fashion & textiles. In the workshop, I learnt how to create my own bodice patterns for my body shape, using my own measurements.
