Waited 4 days for a call back to complete a course, had to call them at the agreed time because they did not call Me Only to be told my corse had locked me out and I’d have to start again. when they did call they had the incorrect information and looked the course again. Then to be told they will try to get back to Me tomorrow but they are busy today, I’m still waiting! People are relying on these people for job opportunities and should be treated better.
