Went to a PAT testing course and it was very informative. Knowledgeable instructors and accommodating staff. Lunch included and free parking. Spot on 👍

I've done a few courses here now, and find the facilities and trainers to be excellent.

Never returned calls. Had to chase and chase their salesman to simply place an order. Asked for a demo on some of the IR cameras and other equipment only to be told to make an appointment. Day came and everything was rushed and hurried. Poor demo, not the correct equipment in stock, and therefore was comparing nonsense. No calls returned, ever. Despite customer wanting to place order. Better online presence than most we’ve seen for electrical testing equipment yet the stockton branch or main ...

Will never use this company again. Was led to believe that the charge for CAT repair included fee for re-calibration. This was not so once the bill came through. Could have bought a reconditioned CAT & Genny set with a years' recalibration for the same price they charged me for a speaker replacement and recalibration for one CAT.

I completed the City and Guilds 2394 and 2395 courses at Pass. They were very professional and the courses were run very well. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for further training in the future.
