Paragon gym is the best gym ever ! Randomly joined a kickboxing class in 2022 and it's the best thing I could ever do ! Any class is great and the trainers are TOP ! Not just a gym but a real family where we all progress and learn. Big thanks to Stuart and the whole fantastic team ! Osu 🙏🏼

I nervously joined a beginner boxing class in August 2019 having no previous experience. Quickly I felt like part of the Paragon family. Almost 3 years later I can’t imagine life without Paragon. Every instructor is top quality and has their own style. You can learn something from all of them. I’ve always been made to feel very welcome. Can't believe I haven't reviewed Paragon yet, but I've been coming here since 2019 and - as someone who was never into martial art, boxing, or kickboxing before - I ended up LOVING it... but this was primarily down to the friendliness of the instructors, and the easy-going atmosphere at the gym. However, don't let that fool you into thinking you won't get a good workout or won't get proper tuition - the Paragon trainers will be sure to put you through your paces.

Paragon is an absolutely phenomenal boxing gym. Its very raw and traditional. All the trainers are top notch, friendly and super helpful. I've gone for 0 to sparing confidently and safely in no time. Definitely worth every penny.
