My main sport is rowing but I generally like to just keep active and healthy. Simon has helped me on numerous occasions when I have needed guidance or reassurance in relation to nutrition or training in general. Simon looked at what i wanted to achieve and where I was and then tailored a programme that fitted in with my lifestyle. Simon has always been very helpful and more importantly realistic in the advice and guidance I have been given. Brilliant advice and very friendly and helpful. I wo...

Simon has been coaching me for 18 months. When he started I was a struggling novice 10k runner and beginner triathlete. His personalized training plans have produced PBs in every event, and I now have the confidence and fitness to enter half marathons and longer triathlons. Simon is highly professional, patient, positive and supportive. He always makes time to talk through my training plan, my goals and targets and any concerns or questions I might have. I'd thoroughly recommend Simon as a ...

I used Paradise Triathlon Training in the run up to doing my first Ironman event. I found the training plan to be thorough, customised and varied across all three disciplines. Simon's SMART approach to training really works well making it possible to see clear improvements throughout the season. If you have a goal in mind, Simon will enable you to deliver on your targets. And, well, the photo says how well my plan worked for me. 5 stars.

Having known Simon since he was a squigglet and done triathlons for the past 25 years, it was really refreshing having a great coach talking you through what training to do for a specific race. You put your trust in someone else and then you do the work and end up with an amazing result. Makes things a 100 times easier with not only having a training plan but also someone to talk to and motivate you and explain what you are doing and why.

Simon is a great coach with a wealth of experience as a coach and an athlete. He is helping me move from "training to compete" towards "training to win", and his own background in professional racing is very helpful. There's definitely something to say for being coached by somebody who has been there and done that. Simon is also a mentor as I develop as a triathlon coach myself, and a very good friend.
