An excellent company and a pleasure to do business with. I initially ordered my 2 crepe machines from Pancake World and had no intention of using their batter mix as I always make up my own. However I was given a voucher with the crepe machines and decided to use it to buy batter mix, this meant I could train the staff for free with the batter bought using the voucher. I ordered crepe mix and never received my order and no refund if you sell to Australia don't take money without delivery. Your account team should know if you got paid for a order. Maybe they used the money for their own benefit. Shame on you

Ordered a bubble waffle machine and received a friendly and helpful call from the French chap (sorry I forgot his name) before it was even sent out. And then everything I ordered arrived the next day, very happy with that!

Customer service is diabolical. We never did receive our full order even though they said they sent missing items again, these were never received nor could they give proof of postage. I have been in the catering business for over 12 years and I have never come across a company that is so rude and could not explain there own products. Avoid, even if they are a few quid cheaper. Will costs you a lot more in the end!!

Customer service is extremely poor from both guys! Especially if they have made a mistake by making excuses. They have a good batter but I will be finding an alternative company as they are not reliable for delivery, without giving you a call they will hold back your order over something as menial as a single bottle of sauce not being available even when putting in writing previously not to do this again and to just remove the sauce off the order, this is the second time and it’s totally unac...
