I am have been going to pilates with Clare for many years. Clare is a first class teacher infact one of the best.

An excellent Pilates instructor,Clare gave me the confidence to try new movements(even with my limited physical ability).I can now do more than I ever thought I could.Not the nearest Pilates instructor for me but worth the journey.Never pushy,often funny,Clare observes her students and discretely helps anyone who is struggling. With variable class times and excellent prices,I feel this is the best Pilates class I have ever attended.
