PJ, Gentle in name, not so much as a PT. If you need to be persuaded to push yourself, you can’t go wrong with PJ. She’ll make you want to push yourself further. Try her group class for a little bit more of an adrenaline pump. First class trainer.

Watching PJ train by herself, and with others in the gym, showed me her true passion for strenth training. So I asked her to PT me once a week, and it was the best decision i made. My squat have been transformed, learnt new ways of squatting, and other basic strength training movements (bench press & deadlift, rows...) I was challenged and taken out of my confort zone, but not once did I feel uncomfortable! Enjoyed every minute of it !!! can not wait to train with PJ again ! Highly recomended !
