  • I really enjoy Orla's yoga classes. I always feel so much better afterwards, more relaxed and able to cope with difficulties in life. The gentle stretches also help to ease tired muscles which leaves me feeling physically more comfortable. Thanks Orla!

  • Orla is kind, conscientious and an excellent yoga teacher. I love the way she allows for all abilities. She is inclusive and thoughtful. Her lessons are interesting and varied. I love the Yoga Nidra she has taught me, especially the one about finding your voice. I recommend her wholeheartedly and unreservedly as one of the best yoga teachers there is.

  • Have really enjoyed the yoga - it’s so gentle for a mere beginner like myself. It’s so inclusive to describe ‘easier’ movements of each stretch or position. I always feel like I’m sticking with the class even if I’m not doing the really bendy moves. Orla is super supportive and has a fantastic sense of humour Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

  • Really enjoying Yoga with Orla ! It’s been a long time since I’ve done Yoga, but so glad I’ve started again. This is gentle and is suitable for all - even if you gave joint replacements like I have, you do it to your own ability. Highly recommend her classes.

  • I love yoga & have for years but you have to find the right tutor to really enjoy it & I have definitely found this with Orla - she is calm, gentle, very encouraging without pressure. However I feel when I go into the class I always feel much better when I come out. I would strongly recommend this lovely lady's yoga classes.
