This is very much a community Gym. It’s nice as it’s rarely busy and you don’t get posers or people grunting while dropping weights.
The equipment is very basic and uninspiring. Some of the resistance machines have the band rather than steel cable which is less enjoyable to use. Some also use a number system 1-10 rather than state the Kg lifted. There’s no dedicated squat rack or bench press. Although it seems you could do these things on their smith machine.
