  • I have been doing Olly’s circuits and pilates classes for over four years. The classes are demanding but Olly is very good at adapting exercises to suit individual needs so that all levels of fitness are catered for. Despite the hard work, there is always a friendly and fun atmosphere in Olly’s classes which makes them really enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

  • I have attended Olly’s HIIT circuits class for over two years. I always make time for it as I feel so much better afterwards. For me, alongside becoming fitter and stronger, it is an excellent form of midweek ‘self-care’ to cope with stressful job. Olly uses his high level of expertise to plan well-structured sessions. He offers guidance on technique and provides motivation throughout. I highly recommend Olly’s classes.
